Anyone wishing to distribute it along with any commercial software or include it in any public domain or shareware library may do so only with the express written consent of Chally Micro Solutions.
Excluded from this requirement are users groups, such as BMUG and the Boston Computer Society, that hold regularly scheduled public meetings. Also excluded are bulletin board services such as The Applebus BBS and public information exchanges such as MacNET and GEnie, which may not charge specifically for the downloading of DensePrint, other than any hourly charge for the time spent online or number of bytes transferred while online.
DensePrint may NOT otherwise be sold or distributed in connection with fees of ANY type without the express written permission of Chally Micro Solutions.
